What is a Landscape Designer?

Landscape Designer Defined

Landscape Designers focus on residential projects and don't require any sort of licensing by the state in order to work on home landscaping projects

Unlike landscape architects, landscape designers aren’t required to be licensed by the state of Colorado. That said, many landscape designers may have a similar background to landscape architects. They may even hold a degree in landscape architecture – they just may have not opted to take the requisite exams to be licensed.
